Today, the Connect U.S. Fund is releasing its Request for Letters of Inquiry (RFLOI) for its 2010-2011 Annual Major Grants Program. Please read the RFLOI (and the FAQ) thoroughly before applying. We're happy to announce our 2010-2011 schedule for the major grant-making program (the Global Security and Cooperation Initiative), which will begin in late April, and will cover projects that run from November 2010- November 2011.
