6 Good Prayers for Autumn Equinox

John 1:3
Dear Lord, I thank You for this special day where we can appreciate Your awesome wonders and creation. As we look at the fall equinox, we give You praise and glory because through You Lord, all things were made and without You nothing was made that has been made. I pray that we see You in the beauty of Your creation, and not man. Have Your divine way in our hearts, souls and minds, Amen.

Psalms 96:11-12
O give thanks to the Lord for He is good and His mercy endures forever! During this autumn equinox, we pray Lord that, the heavens rejoice and the earth remains glad at Your beauty. Father, let the sea resound, and all that is in it. Let the fields be jubilant, and everything in them; let all the trees of the forest sing for joy. Let the skies reflect Your divine mysteries and beauty in this special season, Amen.

Psalms 95:4-5
Awesome God, in Your hand are the depths of the earth, and the mountain peaks belong to You. The sea is Yours, for You made it, and Your hands formed the dry land! Lord during this autumn equinox, we look up at the sky to see the intricacies You have created. We give You thanks for being Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the end. We give You glory for You are our awesome Creator, Amen.

Job 37:14-16
Righteous Savior, right now my heart and soul bow before You. My mind has stopped to consider Your glorious wonders. You control the clouds and You make the lightning flash! The clouds hang poised because of You and Your wonders are unfathomable. You have allowed me to see the Autumn Equinox and I thank You for showing me just a fraction of Your beauty in Your creation, Amen.

Psalms 19:1
Hallelujah to Your matchless Name, Father! The heavens declare Your glory and the skies proclaim the work of Your hands. The fall equinox is a declaration of Your awesome works! I pray that all who see it acknowledge the one who created it – You, my heavenly Father. You sit high and lifted up and because of who You are, I give You praise just like Your creation continually praises You, Amen.

Romans 1:20
King of Kings, I am in awe of Your divine nature. Since the creation of the world, Your invisible qualities – Your eternal power and divine nature – have been clearly seen. You have allowed us to perceive Your glory through the beauties within creation, including the Autumn Equinox. I thank You for enabling us to understand You from what has been made, so that we are without excuse and cannot deny Your beauty. Thank You Lord, Amen.
