7 Powerful Prayers for Anxiety and Panic

Isaiah 41:10
Our Father who art in heaven, hallowed be Your Name. I acknowledge who You are; You are Holy and You are Worthy. You are Mighty and all powerful. Therefore, because you have dominion over creation and I have been created in Your image, I declare that I will not fear, because you are with me and Your Holy Spirit is inside of me. Therefore, I will not be dismayed because You are my God, Amen.

Psalm 27:1b
Dear Jesus, You are the strength of my life; You are my rock, my fortress and my protector; therefore, whom shall I be afraid? You are my shield, my strong-tower and my stronghold. I will call to You because You are worthy to be praised. So, Father I thank you for being my strength and My God in whom I trust, Amen.

Philippians 4:6
Dear Father, You said in Your Word, I must not be anxious for anything but through prayer and supplication, with thanksgiving, let your request be made known to God. I request that the spirit of anxiousness will be sent back to the pit of hell in Jesus Name. I declare no anxiety, panic or doubt, shall have any influence or control over my life; thank You Father, Amen.

Palm 121:5, Isaiah 55:11, Matthew 6:27
Dear Father, I declare Psalm 121 over my life right now. I know that You Lord are my keeper and the shade at my right hand. Therefore, I refuse to panic and walk in negative energy such as anxiety. You are on my side, so I shall not fear but trust in Your Word which shall never return void. Father I know that anxiety, worry and panicking can not add one cubit to my stature, so I confidently trust in the Word that gives life, Amen.

Jonah 2:2, Psalm 121:2
Heavenly Father, I thank You that in my distress and anxiousness I can call to You and You will answer. I bless You that even from “deep in the realm of the dead, I called for help and you listened to my cry”. So, Lord I will stand on Your Word even though at times I may experience anxiety and panic attacks, because I am assured that my help comes from You, Lord, the Maker of heaven and earth, Amen.

Matthew 6:34
Dear Lord, I ask that You forgive me of my doubting spirit that has caused me not to trust You wholeheartedly. Lord, teach me to not worry about tomorrow, for I know that tomorrow will worry about itself. Lord You said, that each day has enough trouble of its own. So, Father, even though I experience challenges on a daily basis, I shall not be anxious, but I will put my hope and confidence in You. This is my prayer, Amen.

Proverbs 3:5, Psalm 125:1
Dear Lord, I despise how anxiety and panicking makes me feel because it proves my unlimited trust in You. So, Father from this day forward I will not give in to anxiety and panic attacks, but I will trust in the Lord with all of my heart, leaning not on my own understanding. I ask for Your Holy Spirit to destroy anxiety in my life and that as I trust in You, I will be like Mount Zion, which cannot be moved; this I ask in Your Name, Amen.
