Hallelujah to Your name, Father! Being single has been hard for me, and I have felt lonely at times, but Lord, I look to You. Your word declares that an unmarried or no longer married individual can be devoted to You and be holy in body and in spirit. Thank You for keeping me holy! I pray that I always focus on You, irrespective of my relationship status. I know that the most important relationship status is the one with You. In your holy name, Amen.

Wonderful Counselor, I pray that I seek first Your kingdom and Your righteousness, and all these things will be given to me as well. Holy Father, as a single it is easy to often feel like I’m less, or a leftover. It’s easy to feel lonely and depressed. But I know that being single does not mean that I am incomplete in any way. Your word declares that we are complete through our union with You, who is the head over every ruler and authority. My completion does not come when I find a partner. I am complete in my unity with You. Thank You, Lord, for completing me. Amen.

Righteous God, I take delight in You! In doing so, I know that You will give me my heart’s desires! I am single right now and I understand that this doesn’t guarantee that I will find a partner. But I have comfort in knowing that whether I am single or married, I can always find delight in who You are. Father, I adore You and I praise Your holy name with all that I am. Amen.

Awesome Creator, I thank You because I am Your masterpiece! I am beautiful in Your eyes. Your word reminds me that being single does not mean that there is something wrong with me, because everything good comes from You. Lord I am good, and I have been created anew in You, so that I can do the good things that You had planned for me long ago. I pray that in my state of singleness I remember that I am beautiful, worthy and deserve love. Heavenly One, I thank You for who You are. Right now, I am single but when the dead rise, they will neither marry nor be given in marriage; they will be like the angels in heaven. In heaven, the priority is worshiping You, therefore let this be my priority on earth. Let Your will be done on earth as it is in heaven. I pray that You help me praise You with all my heart, and when/if I get married, I do the same. Amen.
