Dear God, may this child come to know and love you from childhood. Cover this child with your love and let your glory be upon him or her in the womb. When the baby is born, may you give us the grace to teach him or her your ways. May his or her gifts and talent be seen from an early age and may we not ignore them but help nurture them.
