Jeremiah 29:11
Heavenly Father, caring for people in such tragic predicaments can be so overwhelming. It can take its toll emotionally. But Your Word reminds us that You know the plans You have in store for us. Plans that are not meant to harm but instead will prosper. Father, I pray that just as You are a caregiver to many, help caregivers to care for others just as You did. Have Your divine way in them so that they can do their job well, this I pray, Amen.
Matthew 6:34
Dear Lord, Your Word remind us to not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about itself. Father I pray for every caregiver of cancer patients that may be worrying right now. I pray that despite how hard it may be, I pray that You will help them to cope with seeing their loved ones, friends and those they care for in such pain. Lord ease their minds so that they do not worry but instead, they will put their trust and confidence in You, Amen.
Psalms 121:2
Dear Lord, I pray that every caregiver of cancer patients will look to You instead of what they see around them because around them at times is death, pain and loss. But Father I pray that they will choose to look to You because their help comes not from what they see around them, but their help comes from You, the maker of heaven and earth, The Prince of Peace who is The author of everything good, thank You Lord, Amen.
Psalms 23:1-4
Lord, I thank You for being the shepherd for every caregiver of cancer patients. At times, work may feel like a storm for caregivers, but Lord You make them to lie down in green pastures and You restore their soul. We thank You Lord that You guide them on paths of righteousness because of Your divine nature. Lord let them now fear, because You are with them. Thank You Lord, Amen.
2 Timothy 1:7
Heavenly Father, Your Word reminds us that You have not given us a spirit of fear, but one of love and a sound mind. I pray that this spirit remains with every caregiver when they are at work with their cancer patients. I pray that the possibility of death, pain and loss does not make them fear or interfere with their job of caring. But Lord, I pray that they will show love and peace to their patients so that they can feel Your presence during their care.
Romans 8:28
Dear Lord, I know that You are working for the good of those who love You. So, Father I thank You, because I know that even though the job of caregivers is exhausting and overwhelming, it will not break them, but it will work out for their good. Lord I pray for every caregiver of cancer patients and that they will continue to work and operate in the calling according to Your purpose, Amen.
Matthew 5:4
Righteous God, Your Word declares: blessed are those who mourn for they will be comforted by You. I pray that as caregivers of cancer patients may mourn the deaths of those who were in their care, we ask that You will be their ultimate comfort and peace. I pray that the loss and pain does not prevent them from fulfilling their duty to give their best care to those who need it. Thank You Father, Amen.
