Dear Lord, I pray for a divine covering over my grandchild/grandchildren. I pray that Your light and love never leaves his/her side. May Your angels protect him/her from the plans of the enemy, and I ask that good things will manifest in his/her life such as love, prosperity, peace and courage. I thank You for hearing me, because if I ask anything according to Your will, it will be granted in Jesus’ name, Amen.

Dear Father, I pray that my grandchildren know how valuable and important they are because they have been handpicked by You. I pray against self-doubt because of how young they are. I declare that no one will despise them because they are a youth, but they will be an example to all believers through what they say and do in their love, faith and purity. Dear Lord, I pray that my grandchildren obey their parents in all things for this pleases You. I ask that their relationships with their parents will be God-centered at all times. Help parents to not provoke their child/children, but instead nurture and challenge them through love, in the same love You have shown unto us; this is the prayer of my heart, Amen.

Dear God, Your Word says that a fool despises his father’s instruction, but he who receives correction is prudent. Lord, I pray that my grandchildren understand that their parent’s discipline is for their benefit for only a fool despises a parent’s discipline. Help my grandchildren to learn from their correction and grow in their wisdom. I pray over their household for there is treasure in the house of the righteous but the earnings of the wicked bring trouble, Amen.

Dear Lord, I thank You that my grandchildren are a gift from You and I pray that Your goodness and mercy will follow them for all the days of their life. Father, just as Laban kissed his grandchildren and blessed them, I pray that Your blessings will rain down on every area of life my grandchildren experience. Dear Father, my grandchildren are a gift from You because every good and perfect gift is from You. I thank You for their lives and pray that they too experience Your divine blessing in abundance; let this blessing be ‘double-fold’ in Jesus’ name. So, I pray that Your light will follow them wherever they may go. This is the prayer of our heart and ask that You bless them indefinitely in Jesus’ name, Amen.
