David Titley, who is an oceanographer for the United States Navy, talks bout climate change in this great TEDx presentation. He starts off by telling a little about himself and how his views on climate change went from a skeptic to a true (and very concerned) believer. His close work with the oceans has led him to make discoveries and have realization that many other people would not be able to come to on their own. That is his purpose in this video, to share and enlighten all of the viewers on just how important it is to be educated about climate change and the ways that it will inevitably affect the entire world.
