6 Good Prayers for Workplace Bully

1 John 2:9
O Lord, hear my cry right now. I pray that You renew my heart so that I can love my workplace bully. I must show love in the face of darkness because Your word states that anyone who claims to be in the light (to be like You) but hates his brother or sister is still in the darkness. I pray that Your love governs my heart and my actions in this situation, Amen.

Deuteronomy 31:6
Heavenly Father, I pray that I remain strong and courageous. I will not be afraid or terrified because of those I work with, because Lord You go with me. I am not alone because You will never leave nor forsake me. I worship and adore You because of who You are. I may have a workplace bully, but I also have the greatest God with me in that workplace. I pray that I remember this, Amen.

Ephesians 4:29
Righteous God, I pray for the heart of my workplace bully. I pray that You help him/her realize that unwholesome talk is not beneficial to anyone! I pray that he/she feels a change of heart and feels convicted to speak only things that are helpful for the building up of others; so that those he/she speaks to can be benefited when they listen, rather than feel dehumanized or intimidated, Amen.

Ephesians 6:12
Awesome God, I thank You so much for my job! I thank You that I can sustain myself financially! I pray that I do not take my workplace bully personally because the struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of the evil in heavenly realms. I am not battling with the person, but the spirit behind that person’s behavior. Therefore, I put my trust and confidence in You, Amen.

Romans 12:20-21
Oh Lord, I have an individual in my workplace who continually attempts to bully me but I pray that if my enemy is hungry, I feed him/her. I pray that I do the same if he/she is thirsty. I pray that I show love, because as I do, I am heaping burning coals of shame on his/her head. I pray that I do not retaliate with the same behavior that has been extended to me, I pray that I conquer evil by doing good, Amen.

Luke 6:27-28
Dear God, I pray that You bless my workplace bully. Although they do not treat me correctly, I pray for good things to happen in their life. I pray that You have Your way in their heart, mind and soul as something is clearly not right in one of these areas. I choose to love my enemies and to do good to those who hate me. I thank You for giving me the strength to be able to demonstrate Your nature and love, Amen.
