7 Good Prayers for Epiphany Sunday

John 3:16, Matthew 5:16
Dear God, I have so much to be thankful for on this Epiphany Sunday. But today I thank You for sending Your only begotten Son, that He might be the light of this world. May Jesus Christ always be the light of my life and I pray that I too will shine brightly in this world and direct others to You God. As they come to You may they be transformed and know You as their savior, Amen.

Dear God, I thank You for your Son Jesus Christ as we reflect on You during this Epiphany Sunday. I pray that God will bless me with the mind of Christ that I will be obedient to You at all times. May You renew my mind daily with your word that I may be a humble servant at all times. I come against the spirit of pride and ambition and any other spirit that may stop me from serving You with a whole heart, Amen.

Ephesians 3:3
Heavenly Father, I thank You for this season and I pray that you will make me truly thankful. Father I pray that You will allow me to deeply reflect on God’s revelation in Jesus Christ. Father may You continue to reveal Your hidden mysteries to me that I have complete understanding of Your plans for my life. As Your revelation comes, I also pray for understanding, knowledge and wisdom to walk in my destiny, Amen.

Matthew 2:1-2
Dear Lord, You are a gracious God as You freely gave Your gift of salvation. I will be forever thankful for the bright shining star that You sent not only for the Wise Men but for me, that I may too have a deep and meaningful relationship with You. I pray that Your light will continue to shine so that others will also have the opportunity to receive Your gift of salvation and be transformed into a new creation, Amen.

Romans 6: 23, 1 John 1:5-9
Oh God, I commemorate Your revelation to the world through Your Son Jesus Christ. I thank You that I have been pardoned for my sins and that I have eternal life. I pray that You will increase the faith of others so that they may also believe in the death and resurrection of Jesus Christ. Help us to repent and walk in Your light that we may have fellowship with You, Amen.

John 16:13
Our Father, I thank You for this Epiphany Sunday. I pray that You will be my daily star guiding and directing me in all that I do.
