God of Heaven, I thank You for sending Your Son so that I could be saved and live with You forever in heaven! I thank You Lord that You have allowed me to come to this school and I know that if I believe in You, then I will be saved, thank You Father for choosing to save me. I believe that You created the heavens and the earth, I believe in Your awesome Son Jesus and I believe that You love me, Amen.
Psalms 145:9 & James 1:17
Dear Lord, I thank You for who You are and I thank You for blessing me during this school day. I praise You because You are good to all! Your Word says that every good and perfect gift comes from the Lord God; so thank You for this perfect school day. Every good and perfect thing comes from You because You are the Father of Lights. You want only the best for me, and I know that You will bring only the best things into my life. Thank You Lord for loving me and for filling my life with good things, Amen.
Awesome God, I will rejoice in You always. I will say it again: Rejoice! Father my heart, mind and soul praises You because You are my everlasting King. You rule the heavens and the earth, You are all-powerful and because of You I can do things that seem impossible! So Lord, even at school I know I can do all things because You are with me. I praise You because You continue to bless me each day and You continue to keep me happy. I thank You for all the great things that You have done for me, Amen.
Beautiful God, Your Word says that I should set my mind on the things above, not on earthly things. But Lord, at times it is difficult to set my mind on school and the things required from me. But Father, I will focus more on You and my relationship with You because I know that You will help and guide me in all things. I pray that when I go through each day, I ask ‘What would God do?’. I pray that I do not focus on the earth, because this world cannot bless me and fill me with joy like You can! Amen.
God of Love, I want to be just like You because You are awesome! I pray that just as You have loved me unconditionally, I pray that I show love to those around me in my school. In Your commandments, it says that I shall love my neighbour as I love myself. Father, I pray that I show love to my friends and even my enemies, because showing love means that I am showing people You, Amen.
God of Creation, I praise You because You made the heavens and the earth and everything in it! When You made the world, You knew that it was good. In the same way, when You created man (and me), You knew that it would be good. So Lord, help me not to reflect on negative words spoken by others during this school day. Father I thank You because I know that I am fearfully and wonderfully made. In Your eyes, I am beautiful and although I am not perfect, I am loved by You. I love You because You are my Good Father, Amen.
Isaiah 41:10, Psalm 16:8
Dear Lord, I thank You that You have told me that I do not need to fear or be dismayed, because You are with me. So Lord, during this school day, I ask for your strength and help in all of the lessons and in particular the ones that I may struggle with. Help me to keep my eyes on You because I know that you are at my right, so I will not be shaken; thank You Lord, Amen
