9 Good Catholic Prayers for Fertility

Here are nine powerful Catholic prayers for fertility.

God of Mercy, please be gracious to me like You were to Hannah. She gave birth to three sons and two daughters. I pray for fertility in my life because I know that it is possible with You. There are many factors to consider with fertility, but with You, Lord, the only significant factor is Your Word. Your Word declares that I am blessed and highly favored, so even with certain factors stacked against me, I pray for fertility. I thank You in advance for my future children. Amen.
1 Samuel 2:21 & Psalm 5:12

Jesus, my Savior, I praise You, for the Scriptures have encouraged me. I will be blessed more than any other people. I will not be childless, nor will I (nor my family) lack anything because You are my provider.  I thank You for Your favor upon our lives. Thank You for allowing fertility to manifest within me so that I can be fruitful and multiply like Your people were commanded to in the beginning. Continue to have Your divine way within me, continue to keep Your hand upon me. St. Gerard Majella, implore the God of Life to bring fruit from my womb. Amen.
Deuteronomy 7:14

Most Holy Mother, hear the cries of my heart right now. Blessed Virgin, I want to be fruitful, but I have not yet been blessed with fertility. Grant me fertility over my life and end my suffering. Help make me a fruitful vine within my house; my children will be like olive shoots around my table. Mother of Mercy, I know I was not created so that I would be fruitless, but your Son created me to be effective in all that I do. I know that my season of fertility will come according to your Son’s timing. Amen.
Psalm 139:13

God of Creation, in the beginning, You blessed man and told him to be fruitful and increase in number, to fill the earth and subdue it. Lord, I pray for fertility in my life because this is what You have intended for me. You want me to be fruitful because You are the God of Abundance. I pray that I walk in the authority that You have given me. You commanded me to rule over the fish in the sea and the birds in the sky and over every living creature that moves on the ground.
Genesis 1:28

Heavenly Father, Isaac prayed to You on behalf of his wife because she was childless. Isaac knew that it is You who blesses a woman with a child regardless of if she is barren or not. Fertility is in Your hands and is under Your control, Lord. I pray for fertility over my life. Answer my prayer like You answered Isaac’s. Through prayer, Isaac’s wife, Rebekah, became pregnant. Through prayer, I believe I will, too. Amen.
Genesis 25:21

God of Power, nothing is too great for You to accomplish! By faith, even Sarah, who was past childbearing age, was enabled to bear children because she considered You faithful who had made the promise. Lord, You have always been faithful to me also; therefore, I know that fertility can be accomplished through You. It doesn’t matter what the doctors say, nor does it matter what even I say. The most important thing is what You say. Your will for me will come to fruition. Amen.
Hebrews 11:11

Beautiful God, I am grateful for the way that You love Your children. Your Word states that You settle the childless woman in her home as a happy mother of children! Lord, even if I remain barren, You give me the same joy that a mother experiences. Praise the Lord! God of Glory, I thank You for Your awesome power that satisfies all needs. I pray for fertility over my life, but with or without fertility I will still be satisfied with You as my God. Amen.
Psalm 113:9

Eternal God, You have told me that whatever I ask for in prayer, believe that I have received it and it will be mine. Lord, I seek You for fertility and I believe that it will happen to me because You are faithful to those who love You. Lord, You have never let me down, even in my infertile period, You have blessed me and filled me with joy during my difficulty. I pray that I keep my mind focused on You. Amen.
Mark 11:24

Jehovah Tsori, You are my strength! Honestly being infertile is difficult, but I choose to be joyful in hope, patient in affliction, faithful in prayer. Your praises shall continually be in my mouth because You are still my awesome God who knows what’s best for me, even if I do not get what I want. I pray that You have Your divine way within me, God. Have Your divine way over my life. I pray that You make a way where there seems no way. Amen.
